Not sure I will venture out with my D60 and spring is still far

This is such a whimsical piece, the water color is beautifully applied and the way the horses hold the brushes is amusing.

The shading and blending of this pencil is so nice and soft, it really makes this horse look like a kind and gentle creature. The details of the collar and saddle are rendered well.

I love the use of splattered paint in this painting, the directional energy of the splats compliment the outstretch body of the horse. I could imagine this picture on a T-shirt being very successful.
